- Messages: Messages sent in WhatsApp groups where FamilyBrain is a participant
- Phone Numbers: To identify family groups and members
- Profile Names: Display names from WhatsApp
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Extract and store family-relevant information (appointments, tasks, etc.)
- Answer questions from family members about stored information
- Improve our service
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with:
- OpenAI: To process and understand messages (subject to their privacy policy)
- WhatsApp/Meta: For message delivery
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt-out of the service at any time
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the service. Upon request, we will delete all your data within 30 days.
